Significant Changes to the MA 10th Edition of the IBC & IRC Building Code (CSL Cont Ed)

Class Description

This 12-hour course addresses the significant changes between the 2015 and the 2021 versions of the ICC International Building and Residential codes.
*This course satisfies the 12-hour Continuing Education classes required by the State of Massachusetts for your Construction Supervisors License.
*Members seeking Continuing Education for CSL credits: The state DOES NOT allow you to take the same course twice to submit for your renewal. We recommend you check your Union Training Verification Card to see which one you took previously.

You can call 617-206-5773 and speak with Jessica E. if you have any questions.
*It is recommended (not mandatory) that you bring your IBC and IRC Code binders with you to this class so you can follow along to the changes.

Required Equipment

Members attending training must provide their own PPE: safety shoes, safety goggles, gloves, ear protection and hard hats. Failure to provide your own safety equipment may result in your being dropped from a particular training session.
*This is an -in class- training and you will not need to bring PPE.

Attendance Requirements

Attendance at the first training session is mandatory. 100% attendance is required for all courses that issue Certificates or Qualifications and Apprentice mandatory training. Please be on time! Late arrivals (and early departures) are disruptive to instructors and participants. Poor attendance / disruptive behavior will result in your being dropped from a particular training session.

Cancellation Policy

To maximize the effectiveness of our training sessions, we limit the number of attendees. If you are registered for a specific training and need to cancel, please notify us five (5) business days before the start of scheduled training. Failure to notify us of cancellation may result in your being denied registration for future training. We reserve the right to cancel any course - with two (2) business days’ notice - for which there is an insufficient number of registered attendees. Registrants may then enroll in the next available offering of the course, or cancel the registration.
