Class Description
**Prerequisite: Rigger & Signaler Qualification (CITF) **
After successful completion of the 40-hour Rigger & Signaler Qualification class, Members have up to 1 year to take the Rigging Certification (CRS) exams without having to complete the entire class. This involves taking the Proctored Practical exam on Saturday at Millbury and scheduling yourself to take the CRS written exam through Pearson VUE, the UBC’s 3rd party testing facility.
This 12-hour class is ONLY a preparation/practice session on Thursday evening in Millbury and the Proctored Practical exam on Saturday in Millbury.
Required Equipment
Members attending training must provide their own safety shoes, safety goggles, gloves, ear protection and hard hats. Failure to provide your own safety equipment may result in your being dropped from a particular training session.
Attendance Requirements
Attendance at the first training session is mandatory. 100% attendance is required for all courses that issue Certificates or Qualifications and Apprentice mandatory training. Please be on time! Late arrivals (and early departures) are disruptive to instructors and participants. Poor attendance / disruptive behavior will result in your being dropped from a particular training session.
